Standard turnaround is 3 days in the lab.

Files should be saved in JPEG. Please remove all extra layers and channels. All files should be converted to 8-bit RGB, even Grayscale files. DO NOT leave in lab channel, or you will have to resubmit your files.

Standard terms are paid on shipment of order. Net 30 can be extended to accounts that are proven. No further work will be shipped on overdue accounts without receipt of passed due funds. Credit card must be on file to establish credit.

Shipping is included complimentary with your order. Orders are shipped via UPS. Customers within 300 miles should receive their packages in 1 day. Customers outside this region are upgraded to 3-Day select. Residential addresses will be charged a $5 surcharge. We do our best to combine multiple orders when shipping to save you money. Individual Portrait Enlargements are shipped flat. All others are shipped in tubes.

Lab payments should be made by Business check for invoiced clients or Credit Card paid on shipment. 15 or 30 day terms can be set on proven accounts.

A note on color matching. In today’s age, many photographers have opted to print themselves. TOPFLIGHT’S enlargements are great additions to customer packages. Understand we will match skin tones to the best of our ability, which is best in class. Backgrounds and props are not the focus of the print. Because output devices and papers differ, exact matching is at times, impossible. Your expectations must be set with this understanding. If an exact match is required, time will be billed on a per minute basis to manually work in PhotoShop to give best result.
